Matrix Management Training

We offer an intensive one-day training workshop by our top trainer, Ron Gunn. Ron is the trainer of choice for corporations like EDS, Novartis Pharmaceuticals, and government agencies such as the Department of Defense.

The goal of this training is to equip you, as one of your company's leaders, and up to three of your colleagues, with the tools and techniques needed to successfully implement a matrix organization.

Matrix Immersion Training
A One-day Program for Management and Staff
Goal: To equip your company's leadership with the tools and techniques needed for successful implementation of matrix organization and management.
Objectives: As a result of this training workshop, you will be better able to:
  • Define an effective matrix organization in terms of desired success factors, evolutionary stages of development, and self-appraisal metrics
  • Identify issues and potential pitfalls that must be managed to avert implementation problems
  • Use tools and techniques to clarify resonsibility and authority, resolve differences, and correct ambiguity.
